Mrs. Bui Thi Kim Nguyen, Director of the Public Administration Service Center of Di An City, said that since August 2024, Di An City has mobilized civil servants to work overtime once a month on weekends at the office of the executive board of neighborhoods and apartment buildings in the city to support residents and businesses in digital transformation. To implement the "Mobile Public Administration" model of serving households, TP.Dĩ An has mobilized nearly 100 civil servants from the city to the wards to serve the people, organizations to complete administrative procedures on the network environment to help people have a public service account, have a digital signature, and be able to complete the entire administrative process.

According to Mrs. Nguyen, in order to achieve this, civil servants not only need to meet the three criteria of virtue, talent, and courage, but also need to equip themselves with new knowledge about information technology and digital transformation in order to better serve the people in accordance with the true essence of the government close to the people, understanding the people. And the goal of e-government, digital government is to serve the interests of the people. “To clarify this, each civil servant of the center as well as the wards participating in the model all work with a high sense of responsibility, dedication, and wholeheartedly guide and assist the people in grasping the true benefits and conveniences of digital transformation, of the digital government in the future,” Mrs. Nguyen shared.

Specifically, in Thu Dau Mot City, during the term 2020-2025, the Party Committee of Thu Dau Mot City always pays attention to training and fostering a professional civil service team, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, especially in difficult situations. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Uy, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thuan An City, said that in order to build a workforce of civil servants that meets the requirements of the 4th industrial revolution era, Thuan An City regularly organizes short-term training courses and professional development programs for civil servants, especially focusing on training in information technology skills, communication, and handling documents in an online environment. The training and development have helped civil servants apply information technology to innovate working methods, enhance productivity, and improve the operational efficiency of state administrative agencies at all levels to ensure the capacity to operate the digital economy and digital society to meet the requirements of local economic and social development.

Mr. Pham Van Bay, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Di An City, also said that Di An City always pays attention to the work of officials. The city has reviewed the functions and tasks of each department, each civil servant, and arranged practical job positions, especially at the "one-stop" departments at all levels, where civil servants directly handle administrative procedures for people on paper documents, as well as on computer software. Currently, the team of civil servants in Di An City not only meets the standards of soft skills and hard skills, but also has a dedicated and enthusiastic spirit of serving the people and businesses.

The record shows that, in the first 9 months of 2024, localities in the province have actively built the image of officials with exemplary qualities, promoting democracy, having cultural behavior towards people, businesses directly and also on the online environment to ensure the capacity to operate the digital government, digital economy, digital society to meet the requirements of socio-economic development, national defense - security and international integration.
