On December 23, the Steering Committee for implementing the plan "Youth volunteer teams, groups participate in the digital transformation of the community in Binh Duong province" (Provincial Steering Committee) held a conference to summarize their work in 2024. In 2024, the Provincial Steering Committee instructed all commune and district-level organizing committees to simultaneously launch a campaign to reach every alley and knock on every door, guide each resident on how to utilize services and applications that promote the development of the digital economy and digital society. More than 1,500 team members and groups assisted over 14,000 individuals in accessing and utilizing digital services and applications. Furthermore, the youth volunteer team assisting with online public services at various administrative levels aided thousands of individuals and businesses in accessing these services. Conversely, the district-level Organizing Committee mobilized individuals to donate unused devices to support people in need and facilitate their involvement in community digital transformation.

At the same time, the Youth Union is required to coordinate with relevant sectors to review and quantify specific tasks to assign and implement the plan, promote the role of youth groups; members of the Organizing Committee at all levels need to closely cooperate to achieve the province's digital transformation goals and assist people in digital transformation.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 9 collectives and 16 individuals; the Provincial Youth Union awarded certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 36 individuals for their achievements in implementing the community digital transformation plan.
