Yesterday of January 05, Sub-Department of Population and Family Planning summed up its activities in 2011 to plan for 2012. It was reported that the number of people using anti-conception measures has overrun 188.2% of the plan with a reduction of third-child families.

 

On this occasion, Provincial People’s Committee awarded merit certificates to 16 hamlets for 3 consecutive years without any third-child families.
