Specifically, Tan Uyen team athletes won 6 gold, 2 silver, 2 bronze medals and ranked the first position at the championship, followed by Thuan An town with 2 gold, 2 silver and one bronze medals and Thu Dau Mot town with 1 gold, 5 silver and 1 bronze medals.

The tournament attracted more than 70 athletes from 5 districts and towns of the province. The event was co-held by Tan Uyen district Center for Culture and Sport and the provincial Taekwondo Society to salute the 37th anniversary of Southern Liberation Day (April 30, 1975-2012) and May Day.
