Thu Dau Mot University’s get-together celebrating the Party and spring 2015

On 11^th Feb, Thu Dau Mot University (TDMU) held a get-together to celebrate the Party, celebrate spring 2015. Central Party’s member cum provincial Party Committee’s Secretary Mr. Mai The Trung and PPC’s Chairman Mr. Tran Van Nam attended the meeting.

During the past 5 years, despite many difficulties, TDMU has yielded encouraging results. TDMU has been built up as a multidisciplinary, research-oriented university with 28 majors and size of 16,500 students.

On this occasion, PPC conferred certificates of merit on 3 new associate professors recognized by the national council. They were: Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep – TDMU’s Principal; Mr. Bui Trung Hung - Political Theory Faculty ‘s Head; and Mr. Nguyen Van Kha – lecture of Philology Faculty. This was the first time that TDMU had full-time lectures recognized as associate professors.
