Thuan An kicks off football tournament in celebration of the Youth Union’s 88th anniversary, Vietnam Sports Day’s 73th anniversary

Thuan An town’s Center for Culture-Information and Sports has just opened the 2019 four-team football tournament at Gia Nguyen football ground.

The tournament absorbed 4 football teams from Thuan An town’s Culture-Information and Sports Center, Bau Bang district’s Center for Culture-Information and Sports, provincial Gifted Sports School and Thu Duc district’s Center for Culture-Information and Sports in HCM city.

Finally, provincial Gifted Sports School won the champion title. Thuan An town’s Culture-Information and Sports Center took second position.

The event aimed to mark the 88^th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931-March 26, 2019) and the 73^rd anniversary of Vietnam Sports Day (March 27, 1946-March 27, 2019). This was also a chance for the local sports sector’s staff to tighten solidarity.
