As part of patriotism emulation programs of the sector in 2014, provincial sector of culture, sports, and tourism shall continue promoting organization and quality improvements for patriotism emulation programs locally, especially the movement of “the general public in building up cultural life”, movement of “the general public in health training in accordance with model of the great President Ho”, and movement of “the whole province join hands to build up new rural areas”.Simultaneously, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall organize topical emulation programs to suit major holidays and celebrations of the nation.
