Trade Union of provincial health sector hosts Food Festival

Celebrating the 17th anniversary of Vietnamese Family Day (28 Jun 2001 - 28 Jun 2018), on June 28, Trade Union of provincial health sector organized a food festival of Vietnamese dishes. The festival attracted 29 trade union branches of the health sector.

Accordingly, each grassroots union organized one booth with at least 1 main dish and 1 dessert. Expenditure for the booth was maximum 1 million VND. In addition to dishes for competition, each booth also served diners with dishes priced according to the Organizing Committee's regulations in order to strengthen solidarity among grassroots trade unions. With the criteria of good, quality, hygienic food, beautiful decoration of booth, food impressive marketing, the Organizing Board awarded first prize to Medical Center of North Tan Uyen district, 2 second and 3 third prizes.
