Enterprises are facing more challenges

Many enterprises raised up the major problems of CKS security. According to Ms. Le Thi Kim Chau, accountant of a company in My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park of Ben Cat Town informed that the uniqueness of documents put the enterprises on the verge of troubles if those documents may be lost. CKS has resolved this problem for it can replicate any document of the same format. Moreover, the tax inspection and check-up required the reference copies, causing troubles to data management.

Ms. Tran Thi Tinh asserted that too much dependence on computers and software can be great trouble as, for the very nature, CKS is computer software. In the event of technical errors, tax reports will be certainly delayed. Thus, to verify the functions of CKS, we need compatible computer system and software. According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam Thanh, CKS application is still limited to information infrastructure of Tax Department, failing to satisfy the needs of tax declaration due to unstable data transmission and lagging electronic tax declaration system.

Mr. Vo Long Hai, Head of Information Dissemination and Taxpayer Support of Binh Duong Provincial Department of Tax, said that due to the same implementation of electronic tax payments and the concentrated report submission by the enterprises have caused errors to the bandwidth beyond expectation. For the time to come, the General Department of Tax will upgrade the bandwidth to resolve the problems.

“To avoid the congestion of declaration of the portal of General Department of Tax, the enterprise should make use of T-VAN which is very useful bandwidth sharing system to service the connection to tax authorities and other electronic transactions. Binh Duong Provincial Department of Tax will upgrade the system to ensure thorough transmission for the benefits of the enterprises,” said Hai.
