VND741billion in home loan disbursed

Along with prioritizing credit for agriculture and rural development, production of exports, small and medium sized enterprises, the auxiliary industry and the application of high technology, province-based credit institutions have continued strengthening home loan programs. Since early this year, they have disbursed around VND741billion for 1,422 borrowers, in which VND345billion was for buying social houses.

The Vietnam Bank for Social Policies’ branches in TDM city, towns of Thuan An, Di An, Ben Cat…have also coordinated with sectors and mass organizations to organize conferences to disseminate documents guiding the implementation of social housing lending. This aims to help low-income earners and policy beneficiaries to grasp the State’s policies in order to easily get access to home loan programs.
