Biwase wins 8th stage of Binh Duong int’l women’s cycling tournament

On March 15, Lee Eunhee of South Korea defeated her rival Phan Thi Lieu to win the 120km eighth stage of the 7th Binh Duong int’l women’s cycling tournament-Biwase 2017 from Phan Thiet city to Vung Tau city with a total time of 3:06:01 and an average speed of 38.706km/hr.

Pham Hong Nhung of Binh Duong’s Con voi brick-fertilizer team came third in the stage.

The host team Biwase continued taking the lead in the team rankings after eight stages, followed by Thailand and Japan.

The green jersey for the best sprinter went to Nguyen Thi That, with 107 points. Karami Miyoko of Japan still continued retaining the yellow jersey for the best overall time after eight stages with 19:01:19.

Today, March 16, cyclists will compete in the 120km last stage from Vung Tau city to TDM city.
