National Chess Championship 2017

After 8 days of competition, the 2017 National Chess Championship held in Bac Giang province closed.

Binh Duong delegation participated in the tournament with 5 chess players (Le Tuan Minh, Do Hoang Minh Tho, Hoang Thi Nhu Y, Nguyen Thi Diem Huong, Dang Bich Ngoc) and 5 Chinese chess players (Lai Ly Huynh, Dao Cao Khoa, Tran Huu Binh, Tran Quoc Viet, Nguyen Anh Hoang) led by Nguyen Ngo Bao Quoc. Athletes competed in two categories, standard flag and blitz chess. At the end, Binh Duong won 1 gold medal (Le Tuan Minh, blitz chess) and 2 bronze medals (Lai Ly Huynh and Dao Cao Khoa).
