National, provincial sports tournaments organized

In 2016, provincial Center for Physical Training and Sports continuously held national and provincial sports tournaments, helping the local athletes have a chance to learn experience and improve their competition ability. Particularly, the center organized four national tournaments on chess, Karatedo, dance sports and Judo, absorbing nearly 500 athletes in and out of the province together with 13 provincial tournaments with the participation of approximately 1,800 athletes.

At the above national tournaments, Binh Duong won sets of medals, showing the development of the local sports sector. For provincial tournaments, they were seen as a place for the center to sort out outstanding athletes for the province’s sports teams to attend national, international tournaments.
