Provincial Association of Arts and Literature to host music night "Homeland - my love country"

On occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day, and Vietnam Music Day, on 31 Aug, Provincial Association of Arts and Literature hosted a music night "Homeland - my love country" at Phu Thinh residential area (Thu Dau Mot City). Attending the event were Trinh Duc Tai, Head of Culture - Society Committee of Provincial People's Council; representatives of Provincial Party Propaganda and Training Commission; departments and sectors; musician Lu Nhat Vu . 

On 3 Sep 1960, Uncle Ho conducted an orchestra and people singing the song of solidarity at Bach Thao Park, Hanoi. This day was also chosen as the annual Vietnam Music Day to honor Vietnamese music, encourage musicians’ spirit.

The night featured 13 songs of local and regional musicians about Binh Duong, national islands, including popular songs such as: Gạc Ma (Pham Minh Thuan); Hoàng Sa – Trường Sa trong tim ta (The Phuong), Đất quê tôi Bình Dương (Phan Huu Ly), Mùa xuân về thăm Thành phố Mới Bình Dương (Bao Lam)... The music night made a good impression to audiences.
