Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has actively boosted foreign activities to affirm and enhance the position of Vietnamese youths in general and those in Binh Duong in particular, expand solidarity front among foreign youths, contributing to promoting the national development.

Accordingly, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee over the past time carried out a variety of practical activities, including organizing summer volunteer programs in Laos, Cambodia; sorting out Youth Union officials and members to attend exchange programs with youths in South Korea, Japan…In 2016, provincial Youth Union in collaboration with province-based Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Association held a get-together at the beginning of the year; worked with provincial Department of Foreign Affairs to welcome delegations of foreign pupils to attend a Vietnamese-South Korean cultural exchange program and visit the province; coordinated with Vietnamese-German University to organize a contest of eloquence in English; participated in a cultural exchange program for children of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia held by HCM city’s Youth Union; selected 4 individuals to attend exchange programs in China, Japan, South Korea and Cambodia; sent students to a seminar on “Effects of industrialization for the community-Lessons from China, India and reality of Vietnam” in HCM city.

Moreover, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee also joined hands with the Youth Union of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company to organize youth volunteer squads in Cambodia; asked for the Youth Union of Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd. to realize activities taking care of young workers and people in Laos…The Standing Committee also brought important international issues to education on political thinking for Youth Union members, strengthened orientations on international issues and organized a conference on the situation of East Sea for them…

Nguyen Tan Dat, Vice-Secretary of provincial Youth Union said that provincial Youth Union and representative of Becamex Tokyu Co.Ltd. have just met and heard brief introduction on the activities of the two units; agreed some contents on the establishment of the Friendship Club of Vietnam-Japan Youths…The two units will also organize a lot of significant activities on environmental protection, art performance…to improve the spiritual life of youths, thereby tightening the friendship between provincial Youth Union and Becamex Tokyu Co.Ltd….
