March 12, Provincial People’s Committee Chairman Le Thanh Cung and his deputies held a working session with Investment and Construction Management Committee to listen to presentation of a 1,500-bed hospital in Binh Duong Province under consultancy of Xuan Vy Co. Ltd. and South Korean Gugan Corporation.

The design included functional areas of parking, sight viewing, funeral ceremony house, power transformers, waste water treatment, researching center, accommodation for patients’ relatives, and other supplemental constructions. Covering about 155,550 square meters, the hospital is expected to rise up through 14 floors, one ground floor and a basement after 13 months.

Block design proposed by CPG Vietnam Co. Ltd. is applied to promote best connection between human beings and the nature.

Addressing the session, Mr. Le Thanh Cung called for evaluation and site clearance. Up to date, 61 hectares have been cleared out of 81-hectare planned area. He suggested that general design should be adjusted to be compact and connectible with outside constructions.
