120 athletes take part in the 2024 Binh Duong Provincial Taekwondo Championship

From April 5 to 6, the 2024 Binh Duong Provincial Taekwondo Championship will take place at the Gymnasium of Trinh Hoai Duc High School (Thuan An City). This year's tournament brings together 120 athletes from 7 districts, towns and cities in the province.

Binh Duong Taekwondo team wins second place in the 2023 National Championship

According to announcement of the tournament’s Organizing Committee, fighters will compete in the following events, including: individual men and women; men's and women's team fighting, and combined men's and women's team fighting. Except for North Tan Uyen district and Dau Tieng district, the remaining 7 districts, towns and cities all have teams participating in the tournament organized by the Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center.

The tournament is to continue implementing the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho" in the 2021-2030 period. This tournament will contribute to promoting the movement of taekwondo practice in the province, while creating a competition environment to help athletes have an opportunity to exchange, learn experience, and rub together to improve their professional qualifications and prepare for the national tournaments in 2024.
