The 2016 provincial sports festival for State employees took place yesterday morning at Phu Loi Prison on the occasion of Uncle Ho’s 126th birthday (May 19, 1890-May 19, 2016) and the 2016 provincial Workers’ Month and Week.
With folk games like tug-of-war, piggybank beating and men’s mini-football, the sports festival absorbed 820 athletes from 54 units. This was the chance for participating units to promote their sports movements, thereby creating useful playgrounds for State employees to take physical exercises and relax after hard working hours.
