96% of enterprises in IPs resume production

According to Bui Minh Tri, Head of provincial Industrial Parks (Ips)’ Management Board, as of October 28, there were 1,968 enterprises in the local Ips resuming production and business activities or over 96% of total.

The number of employees back to work in companies is nearly 373,000 people or 76.38% of total. Among them, there are nearly 285,000 under the "3 green" model, 44,211 under the "3 on-site" model and 43,192 under the "3 flexible on-site" model.

After about a month of production and business recovery, enterprises in the local Ips have quickly reorganized their production and business activities, ensuring safety in Covid-19 prevention and control in order to promote production, regaining economic growth momentum in the last months of 2021. Of these, many companies have reached nearly 100% of workers returning to work. Most employees working at companies have been vaccinated against Covid-19 with the first shot. The province is also administering the 2nd shot of Covid-19 vaccine on all people and workers.
