At the working session, reps debated launching of plan on accelerating public service regime reform and discussed queries relating to launching of the Law on Public Official and Staffs and the Law on State Employees at the locality.

Over the past time, the provincial People’s Committee has accelerated accelerating the provincial public service regime reform; built project of working position and public official and State employee structure for 100% of local administration agencies and State-run companies. In addition, the provincial administration has overall implemented work on training and fostering cadres and public officials as stipulated as well as set out policies to lure talents.

The Home Affairs vice minister Tran Anh Tuan highly valued the local work on public service regime reform and noted that Binh Duong should renovate administration structure, improve quality of training on staffs, public officials and State employees as well as well implement the Law on Public Official and Staffs and the Law on State Employees and apply IT into considering increase on scale of public officials in a bid to minimize negativeness.
