Bau Bang District eyed highest bonuses for Tet Holiday at VND 125 million in an enterprise

Bau Bang District Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs just coordinated with functional sectors to organize a delegation reviewing salary and bonuses in enterprises across the district. Accordingly, in Tet Holiday 2015, all the enterprises offer 1 paid leave day in accordance with the State’s regulations.

As for Tet Holiday bonuses, the enterprises mainly offer 1 month payment. The highest payment is VND 125 million while the average amount is VND 3.5 million and VND 750,000 at the lowest. Besides, some enterprises of grassroot labor union, VND 100,000 to 300,000 is offered together with bus fare for factory workers of especially difficult circumstances to return home for Tet.
