Ben Cat district ’s Association for Former Teachers yesterday held its second congress for the 2013 and 2018 period.

According to a report at the congress, the district’s Association for Former Teachers in the last tenure had 157 members who are retired teachers and employees in the education sector. The key activity of the association was to take care of members’ material and spiritual lives.

The congress nominated a new executive board for the association with 15 members. Tran Van Be was reelected as chairman of the association. The congress also put forward the association’s tasks for the 2013 and 2018 period, including continuing taking good care of members’ spiritual and material lives; mobilizing members to actively take part in the local movements and strive to become bright examples; joining hands with district-based schools to speed up propaganda work to prevent social evils among pupils…
