Ben Cat Club of Literature-Sports-Arts with 22 members, led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan as the chair, maintains regular activities of cultural subjects, physical training and fitness, and poetry and songs at agency blocks of Ben Cat Town on the day 15th and 21st day of every month. Aside from exercise and physical training for better health, the head of the club also invites coaches from Provincial Sports Center to give recommendations and suggestions for formation of team exercises with higher quality.And whenever Singing Festival for the Elderly is on Binh Duong Television, or local festivals are held, the club members are very excited, working out program ideas for the contest and inviting famous figures to train them up. Accordingly, performance is improved; demonstrative dances and dancing language are harmonious to the songs. Meantime, the members of poetry are contributing more by new poems tinged with emotion. It is known that by June 2013, the club has introduced a collection of poems named "Bright Model" with 96 poems praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and the love of country and human of 30 members.By the passionate and enthusiastic practice of its members, the club has won many top awards in movements of arts and sports, such as the first prize of singing contest for the elderly of Ben Cat District in 2012, promotional prize in Singing Festival for the elderly on Binh Duong Television in 2013...; and the most recently a bronze medal in life nurturing exercises at Binh Duong Sports Games 2014.Experiencing the festivals, fairs, festivals and performance of clubs in Ben Tre, Ca Mau, and Tay Ninh, the club in Ben Cat earned its precious experience.
