In the field of cultivation, the province's annual crop area will reach 20,000 hectares in the period 2021-2023. And the local perennial crop area will be more than 143,000 hectares. Of which, the local urban agricultural production area is about 407 hectares while high-tech agricultural production area is about 6,413 hectares. So far, the entire Binh Duong province has been granted 24 planting area codes on 16 establishments by the Plant Protection Department with a total coded area of 1,185.16 hectares together with 14 packaging facility codes, 11 export facilities to China, USA, EU, UK, Russia, New Zealand... with focus on such crops as banana, mangosteen, durian, pomelo, longan and jackfruit in the districts of Phu Giao, North Tan Uyen, Dau Tieng, Thuan An city and Ben Cat town.
