Emulate to follow Uncle's words

This year, Uncle Ho's Great Children Congress continues to be organized from the inter-team level to praise and honor thousands of advanced example collectives and individuals in the emulation movement "Children follow the 5 things taught by Uncle Ho". The congress in 9 districts, towns and cities in the province commended nearly 1,100 good children of Uncle Ho. They are all typical examples of solidarity, helping friends, humility, honesty, courage; who overcome difficulties, be creative in learning; implement a civilized lifestyle in public places, school rules and actively participate in HYPO movements.

This year, the District HYPO Council carried out the congress with many exciting and meaningful activities for members. Prominent were exhibition spaces at the congress about HYPO activities, displaying Uncle Ho's books, children's paintings, folk art booths... Besides, the delegation of Uncle Ho's good children in districts, towns and cities participated in traditional educational activities, offered incense in memory of heroes and martyrs; visited and paid tribute to heroic Vietnamese mothers; visited historical sites inside and outside the province.

These activities are aimed at fostering and educating about the tradition of "repaying gratitude", "drinking water, remembering the source"; on the other hand, arousing the national pride; giving spiritual encouragement for the children to strive for virtue and talent, together to build a strong HYPO, worthy of being good children of Uncle Ho, the future owners of the country.

Study well, train hard

At the end of this August, the 23rd Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children in Binh Duong province 2023 will be held to honor 200 students who won the title of Uncle Ho's good children at the provincial level. Each young delegate will be honored as a beautiful flower, exemplary in emulation movements of HYPO; an excellent example in learning, culture and art, physical training and sports, volunteering for community life...

Le Tuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Youth Union, said: “Children have made great efforts to study and practice according to the 5 things taught by Uncle Ho; strive to attain many good results and actively participate in HYPO activities. The congress will continue to develop the movement "Vietnamese children emulate to follow the 5 things taught by Uncle Ho"; discover and commend HYPO members, teenagers and children having outstanding performance, typically in implementing the 5 things taught by Uncle Ho in the 2020-2023 period.

The Congress also creates an exciting emulation movement among HYPO members, teenagers and children, encourages children to strive for learning and training; at the same time, attracts the attention of all levels, branches and social forces into the protection, care and education for children and building the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization."

For children, the Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children is a memorable mark of childhood. The children will have a lot of faith and hope, continue to work hard to study and practice according to the 5 things taught by Uncle Ho, constantly strive to become good children, good students, good HYPO members, good children of Uncle Ho.
