Binh Duong Customs announces 37 online public administrative procedures

On Apr 27, Binh Duong Customs Department held a ceremony to announce 37 online public administrative procedures (APs) to digitize APs for the national OSS customs clearance system VNACS / VSICS. Mr. Mai Hung Dung, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of PPC; Mr. Nguyen Manh Tung, Director of Information Technology Department of General Department of Customs; leaders of associations of Japanese, Korean investors... attended the ceremony.

After a successful pilot at Complex zone’s customs squad under My Phuoc Industrial Park customs branch, Binh Duong Customs has officially applied these online APs at 7/7 branches and 9 customs clearance points.

Representatives of investors, associations expressed their delight in conveniences brought by Binh Duong Customs to save costs and time, increase the competitiveness of goods on the market.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Mai Hung Dung stressed: Binh Duong province has a high and stable growth rate for many years. It is the result that provincial Party – Government and people have strived for in order to create favorable conditions for businesses. To promote this result, the province needs to enhance propaganda among associations, business community to facilitate, increase efficiency and competitiveness of businesses.
