Binh Duong Customs Department to equip officials with knowledge on intellectual property

In two days 14 and 15 Aug, Binh Duong Customs Department in collaboration with Anti-Smuggling Investigation Branch, General Department of Customs organized training on intellectual property (IP) for 230 civil servants and officials in charge of IP works. According to Binh Duong Customs Department, the protection of IPRs has always been paid attention and implemented in line with the guidance of the Government, Ministry of Finance, and General Department of Customs. Accordingly, the department regularly organizes IP training for officials; timely updating information on goods for IPR protection, conducting inspection and supervision of goods subject to IPR protection under the direction of General Department of Customs ... to prevent timely violations and protect IPR of enterprises.
