Binh Duong gets gold medals at National Vovinam Championship 2016

The 24^th National Vovinam Championship 2016 took place from Oct 22 to 30 in Nghe An province. More than 350 athletes from 27 provinces, cities, sectors competed for 48 medal sets (22 sets of demonstration, 26 sets of combat).

Binh Duong team with 22 athletes (10 female athletes) competed at 15 combat contents and 6 demonstration contents. In the first competition day, Binh Duong team took part in 2 combat contents, and won 1 gold medal (60kg-male combat, athlete Trinh Vuong Gia Bao), 1 silver medal (female defense, 2 athletes Le Truong Cong and Le Thi Hong Hoa).
