Binh Duong grasps 10 gold, 10 silver and 14 bronze at Southern Karate tournament 2018

The first Southern Karate Championship 2018, hosted by the Mekong Delta province of Hau Giang, has just concluded.

Among participating teams, there were 2 from Binh Duong, including provincial Gifted Sports School and provincial Center for Physical Training-Sports. As a result, provincial Gifted Sports School ranked third at the tournament with 9 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 11 bronze medals. Ninth position went to provincial Center for Physical Training-Sports with 1 gold medal, 6 silver medals and 3 bronze medals. Can Tho with 13 gold medals, 8 silver medals, 8 bronze medals and Dong Thap with 9 gold medals, 8 silver medals and 10 bronze medals ranked first and second, respectively. HCM city ranked fourth with 7 gold medals, 7 silver medals and 8 bronze medals.

This year’s tournament absorbed 15 provinces and cities with the strongest Karate movement in the southern region.
