Representing Binh Duong province, the boat team of Thanh Phuoc commune in Tan Uyen district (photo) reaped an encouraging result at the recent 2012 Binh Thuan Open Boat Racing Tournament with two prizes in the events of 500m and 2,000m.

This year’s tournament absorbed nearly 200 athletes from 6 provinces and cities, including Can Tho, Kien Giang, Hau Giang, An Giang, Binh Duong and Binh Thuan. The host team-Binh Thuan excellently grasped two first prizes in the events of 500m and 2,000 m.
