Implementing Government’s project No. 112 on administration reform and “one-door” project and applying information technology, the provincial Health Department has maintained document management and publicized administration reforms on its website. Especially, in 2011 the department has applied the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system into administration reform.

The provincial general hospital has also perfected software usage of inpatient treatment, launched ISO 9001:2008 at 7 functional rooms and 3 wards.
