The provincial general hospital held a summing up ceremony on charity cleft palate and harelipped surgery implemented by Korean surgery delegation.

In 2011, the Korean delegation offered free cleft palate and harelipped surgeries for 45 poor patients with the total value of VND365mil. The delegation granted medical facilities for the hospital with the total value of VND349mil.

The delegation has implemented cleft palate and harelipped surgeries at the provincial general hospital for 16 years. Over years, as many as 356 poor patients have enjoyed free cleft palate and harelipped surgeries.

At the summing up ceremony, the provincial People’s Committee chairman Huynh Van Nhi expressed thanks to professors, doctors of Seoul University’s Odontology Hospital and hoped that the delegation would keep the charity activity in the locality in the coming time.
