Binh Duong ranks third at national unicorn-lion-dragon dance tournament

Source from provincial Sports-Physical Training Center said that Binh Duong ranked third at the 2016 Unicorn-Lion-Dragon Dance Tournament that has just concluded in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho after four days of competition.

Particularly, Binh Duong won 2 gold medals, 3 bronze medals at the tournament. The host team Can Tho ranked first with 3 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 3 bronze medals while HCM city took second position with 2 gold medals, 1 silver medal and 1 bronze medal.

This year’s tournament drew 700 athletes from 29 troupes in 10 provinces and cities. Along with bringing participating troupes the opportunity for exchange, it aimed to create a joyful atmosphere for all people on the first days of the lunar New Year.
