Binh Duong provincial People's Council regularly raise opinions on the proposal to build resolutions

On the afternoon of July 3, the Standing Committee of Binh Duong provincial People's Council of the 10^th term organized the 29th session to consider and give opinions on the proposal to build a resolution of the provincial People's Committee. Mrs. Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People's Council, chaired the session.

At the session, Mrs. Tran Thi Minh Hanh, Head of the Economic and Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council, reported on the review of the proposal to establish a Resolution determining the authority to decide on the purchase, lease of assets, goods, and services to implement the Project of security surveillance cameras, traffic safety from the local budget support.

The delegates agree with the content of the proposal to build the resolution mentioned above, stating that building the resolution is necessary to overcome difficulties and obstacles related to the decision-making authority to implement the Security Surveillance Camera Project for traffic safety in the province. From there, accelerate the deployment of safe traffic and security surveillance camera systems in the province.

In the concluding statement of the session, Mrs. Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong agreed for the provincial People's Committee to build the aforementioned resolution. At the same time, she also proposed that the provincial People's Committee urgently direct specialized agencies to construct and draft the resolution, as well as implement the procedures and processes for issuing legal normative documents to ensure progress and quality; improve the content of draft resolutions to be submitted for consideration, approval, and adoption at the mid-year session of the provincial People's Council in 2024, in accordance with the prescribed order and streamlined procedures.
