Binh Duong ranks third nationwide in export turnover

According to the latest preliminary statistics just released by the General Department of Customs, as of late July 2023, there are 7 provinces and cities with export turnover of US$ 10 billion or more, including, Ho Chi Minh city, North Ninh, Binh Duong, Thai Nguyen, Hai Phong, Dong Nai and Bac Giang.

Ho Chi Minh city continued maintaining the largest export position in the country, followed by Bac Ninh. Binh Duong over the past 7 months ranked third nationwide in terms of export turnover with more than US$ 17.8 billion of goods, down nearly US$ 4 billion compared to the same period last year.

Of these, the domestic investment sector reached more than US$3.35 billion while the FDI sector obtained more than US$ 14.52billion. The US was the province's largest export market with total export turnover of US$6.7 billion, accounting for 33.9% of total.
