The provincial Youth Union just held the 1st contest on Binh Duong’s Youth with English 2013.

The contest’s qualifying round attracted as many as 119 contestants who are leaguers from 17 teams of districts, townships, city and branches.

After the qualifying round, the organizing round selected 6 most excellent teams including Di An town youth union, Thuan An town youth union, Tan Uyen district Youth Union, provincial Youth Union for Corporate bloc, Thu Dau Mot University’s team 2 and Binh Duong University for Technology and Economics to enter the semi-final round.

Concluding the contest, Binh Duong University for Technology and Economics’ Youth Union excellently won the first prize, followed by Thu Dau Mot University’s team 2 and the provincial Youth Union’s corporate bloc. In addition, 3 consolation prizes went to Thuan An Youth Union, Di An Youth Union and Tan Uyen district Youth Union.

Additionally, the organizing board granted prizes for the most excellent contestants to Tran Bao Lam from Thuan An town youth union, Nguyen Ngoc Bao Tram from Di An town Youth Union, Nguyen Pham Trung Tam from Thu Dau Mot University and Bui Bang Bieu from Binh Duong University for Technology and Economics.

The contest aimed at helping the local leaguers enrich English skills, exchange and practice English, contributing to raise youths and unionists’ awareness on self-learning in the international integration process.
