Late September 9, the Department of Culture under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the People’s Committee of An Giang province held the closing ceremony for the 2013 Southern mass art performance and photo exhibition on building cultural life in new rural areas after three days of fierce competition.

This was a practical event of culture and sports, helping farmers who play an important role in new rural construction mutually exchange and promote their homeland’s cultural features.
