On Nov. 29, “Binh Duong youths bound for homeland seas and islands” Festival will officially take place at Square of the provincial administration center at 1 p.m to 10 p.m. until now, all preparations for the event have been completed basically.

Hosting the last working session of preparation work for the festival, Nguyen Thanh Liem, head of the provincial Mass Mobilization Committee cum head of the festival organizing board asked agencies, mass bodies to cooperate closely with relevant units for the festival’s success.
All are ready
At the working session, Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, secretary of the provincial Youth Union cum vice head of the festival organizing board briefed on preparation work of the festival. Accordingly, all activities of dissemination, introduction on the festival, invitation and welcome of deputies, traffic control during the festival, crime and fire and explosion control during the event are completed basically.
The festival’s activities including arrangements of national flag and Vietnamese map; stage decoration; food hygiene and safety; environmental hygiene are also under successful rehearsals. Especially, rehearsals’ scenario was agreed by the organizing board for success of this festival.
Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, said “the organizing board had a well preparation right from the start. However, the board faced some difficulties but thanks to efforts and individuals and collectives, we determine to create a significant festival, helping Binh Duong youths show their talent, contribution and love for homeland seas and islands”.

“Binh Duong youths bound for homeland seas and islands” Festival is the local large-scaled program and simultaneously introduces Binh Duong’s image to people nationwide.
In reality, the program has been officially taken place since Oct. 18, attracting thousands of youngsters throughout districts, towns and Thu Dau Mot city through numerous activities such as “Thousands of hearts bound for homeland seas and islands”, “Thousands of pottery dishes extend love” and more. The most sparkling activity of the festival lies in “Binh Duong youths bound for homeland seas and islands” Festival that will take place at Square of the provincial administration center at 1 p.m on Nov. 29.
According to the organizing board, the festival will consist of 3,000 youths and unionists joining in Flashmob dance and Demaphore performance, arrangement of national flag and Vietnamese map; exhibition of Binh Duong land and people and an auction of pottery products to raise money for the Fund for borders and islands.
Particularly, the organizing board will set up keepsake stalls to raise fund for the border and island Fund, gastronomy booths, entertainment areas and among others. Another important thing is that exchange and artistic performance will be started at 7:30 p.m under the theme of “Binh Duong and homeland seas and islands” with the performance of singers inside and outside of the province.
Addressing the working session, Nguyen Thanh Liem, head of the provincial Mass Mobilization Committee cum head of the festival organizing board requested departments, agencies to cooperate closely with relevant units to ensure order and security, traffic safety as well as perfect the remaining jobs of the festival for the sake of a successful festival.
