Central Retail of Thailand to build large trade center in Ben Cat

On the afternoon of November 5, Nguyen Thanh Truc, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee received Philippe Broianigo, Director of Central Retail Vietnam.

At the reception, Mr.Philippe Broianigo said that Central Retail Vietnam is a member of Central Group, one of Thailand's largest retail groups. He also put forward the implementation of the group’s Vietnam largest trade center project in Ben Cat town. He also wanted to connect with the manufacturers and product suppliers in the province  to bring the local featured goods to the business system of the group, thereby contributing to the local socio-economic development.

On behalf of provincial leaders, Mr.Truc said that during the 2020-2025 period, the province will continue carrying out breakthrough programs with focus on fostering hi-quality services. Hence, the above project is in line with the local development orientations.

He also encouraged the group to research and develop additional projects in the northern region of the province while suggesting Becamex IDC, sectors, departments in the province and Ben Cat town to guide and create favorable conditions for the group to implement the project soon.
