Children's Arts Award – Nurturing small talents

Morning Jun 9, provincial Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism in cooperation with Department of Education and Training and provincial Youth Union organized the 7^th “Binh Duong Province Children's Arts” Contest 2016.

Painting competition of primary and secondary educational level had the participation of nearly 350 children 

The contest was divided into 2 competitions: individuals and collectives. At the competition for individuals, contestants painted on ceramics (primary and secondary schools), and on papers (kindergarten to secondary schools). Nearly 350 little painters from 9 districts, towns and city entered the competition for individuals at Minh Sang Plaza, Thuan An Town. This year, topics of the contest consisted of:  Binh Duong – 20 years of reestablishment and development; Binh Duong historical, cultural, tourism sites; Binh Duong children follow 5 teachings of Uncle Ho; Traffic safety; Environmental protection; Countryside – our hometown; Homeland islands...; contestants could select their favorite topic and start to create.

On the same day, children also did the exam for collectives. The competition of paper painting for individuals will took place in Jun 23.
