Cultural activities welcoming 2016 New Year and Tet Festival under preparation

Provincial People’s Committee has just made a plan on the organization of cultural activities in celebration of the 2016 New Year and Lunar New Year (Tet) Festival.

Accordingly, they include activities to celebrate the success of Party congresses at all levels and the 12^th National Party Congress; mark 70 years for the first general election of the Vietnam National Assembly, 70 years for Uncle Ho’s calling on the national resistance war; welcome the election of the 14^th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for 2016-2021 tenure…They aim to create a joyful atmosphere for people in the face of the local socio-economic achievements; meet people’s demand for recreation on the occasion of the 2016 Tet Festival and great holidays.

The organization of the above activities has a lot of improvements in content and form. Main activities comprise of art performance in celebration of New Year, marathon,  Spring Flower Festival, Spring Newspaper Festival, firework show in celebration of the 2016 Lunar New Year…
