Regarding the content, designs for LED lights' decoration on some main roads near Provincial Administration Center; decoration of welcome gates; welcoming area of Binh Duong Boulevard (welcome gate of Vinh Binh bridge, Thuan An City); flower strees to celebrate new year; spring flower festival. Each contestant may submit one or more sketches that are demonstrated in overall perspective and detailed perspective drawings. The duration is from the date of notice until 30th June 2020.
