The program includes a ceremony and a festival. At the memorial service, delegates performed the incense offering ceremony to commemorate the founder of the Tan Khanh Ba Tra martial arts. During the festival, generations of students performed martial arts with martial arts music, martial arts practice, martial arts ensemble performance, personal weapons and boxing, and martial arts human chess.
Tan Khanh Ba Tra martial arts originated from Binh Duong province. On February 3, 2021, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to list Tan Khanh Ba Tra Martial Arts as a national intangible cultural heritage. This is the pride of this martial arts in particular and Binh Duong province in general.

Speaking at the ceremony to commemorate the founder, Mr. Ly Ngoc Phong, Vice Chairman of Tan Uyen City People's Committee, said that not only organizing the ceremony to commemorate the founder, in the coming time, Tan Uyen City wishes to coordinate with relevant departments and organizations of the province and localities to orient the organization of this martial arts’ competitions, as well as gradually raise it to the intangible cultural heritage festival of Binh Duong province, or expand it to the Traditional Martial Arts Festival of Binh Duong province, the Traditional Martial Arts Festival of the Southern region, and further, the International Festival of Traditional Vietnamese Martial Arts as Binh Dinh province and Ho Chi Minh City have also organized in the past.
