During the Workers’ Month and Workers’ Week 2019, provincial Youth Unions at all levels will jointly take care of young workers by many practical activities. Each Youth Union branch will organize a variety of support activities for workers, especially young ones, contributing to improving their lives.
In response to the Workers’ Month and Workers’ Week 2019, provincial Youth Unions at all levels will honor outstanding young workers, organize cultural-sports activities, give legal consultancy and provide free medical check-up for young workers at industrial parks…In localities crowded with young workers like Thu Dau Mot city, towns of Di An, Thuan An, Tan Uyen and Ben Cat, each Youth Union branch will strive to set up a model youth lodging facility and donate a “dream” room to a needy young worker. Provincial Youth Unions at all levels will also pay more attention to young workers’ offspring at lodging facilities.
Di An town’s Youth Union will hold many cultural-sports festivals for workers, visit and offer gifts to needy workers and those hit by labor accidents, occupational diseases. All contribute to improving the lives of the local workers.
Whilst, Le Huu Bao, Secretary of Tan Uyen town’s Youth Union said that the town’s Youth Union will coordinate with relevant units to hold a festival “giving strength to young workers” with significant activities, comprising of a karaoke singing contest, programs on safe driving and legal consultancy in Tan Vinh Hiep commune…
In May, the town’s Youth Union will kick off a sports festival for young workers in Hoi Nghia commune, a journey “following the footsteps of heroes” in Thanh Phuoc ward…; construct its branches in Thai Hoa, Khanh Binh, Tan Hiep, Tan Vinh Hiep, Phu Chanh, Tan Phuoc Khanh, Hoi Nghia, Vinh Tan and Uyen Hung to organize festivals for young workers, offer gifts to workers’ offspring, set up model lodging facilities, donate “dream” rooms and build weekend playgrounds for children at lodging facilities…
Provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Union will also hold a sports festival for young workers at My Phuoc Industrial Park in Ben Cat town and provincial Community Sports Center in Binh Duong new city. Additionally, the Youth Union will organize a singing contest for young workers, a program “lightening dreams of young workers”, a talk show on industrial working manners and communication skills…
Do Ngoc Loi, Vice-Secretary of North Tan Uyen district’s Youth Union said that the district’s Youth Union will organize a journey “connecting love for the community’s health”; guide 600 children being workers’ offspring with difficult circumstances how to take care of their teeth; hold weekend playgrounds for young workers at companies, lodging facilities…
In addition, provincial Youth Unions at all levels will mobilize proprietors to supply power with preferential price for young workers; open training courses on fire fighting and prevention; organize “joyful Sunday” programs; make dissemination of information about traffic safety, prevention of diseases; give consultancy on reproductive health, psychology on marriage-family…With such practical activities, it is hoped that the Workers’ Month and Workers’ Week 2019 will be a peak chance for provincial Youth Unions at all levels to take care of young workers.
