Diversified activities in celebration of Party, Lunar New Year 2017

Di An town’s Center for Culture and Sports has planned to organize Xiangqi (Chinese chess) and football tournaments in celebration of the Party and Lunar New Year 2017 on February 11 and 12.

The Xiangqi tournament is expected to absorb 100 players from communes and wards in the town. Whilst, the football tournament will have 3 participating units, namely Di An’s Tax Department, Di An’s Police Agency and football club 293. 

Earlier, the center organized a festival with folk games with the participation of 14 units. They competed in men and women’s tug-of-war and bag jumping events. Many other cultural-sports activities in celebration of the Party and Lunar New Year 2017 were also organized.
