Their gentle, humorous, yet persuasive manner resonated with many people. After each meeting, participants often exchanged nods and laughter, fostering a sense of community. In Tan Uyen City, the recent emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" has had a significant impact on the community, underscoring the essential role of mass mobilization in achieving political, economic, and social objectives. Ms. Vo Thi Kim Bich, Deputy Head of the Tan Uyen City Party Mass Mobilization Committee, noted that over the past four years, effective mass mobilization efforts have led to the upgrading and expansion of hundreds of alleys and roads, with a total budget exceeding 28 billion VND. Of this amount, the local residents contributed more than 10 billion VND.

Furthermore, all communes and wards have launched initiatives to construct "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful - Safe" roads. Community awareness regarding environmental protection has increased, and self-management and mediation teams in lodging facilities have played a vital role in maintaining social security and order in the area. The business community and philanthropists have enthusiastically participated in social security efforts, leading to the organization of several "Zero-VND Markets." Additionally, households facing financial difficulties have received support through health insurance cards, enabling all citizens to access healthcare services, work with peace of mind, and stabilize their production and living conditions.

To transform Binh Duong into a smart, civilized, and modern city with a high-quality living environment, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has launched Project 02. This project focuses on "Mass Mobilization for Building a Cultural and Civilized Lifestyle in Binh Duong Province, 2021-2025." Several remarkable and effective programs have emerged in the province, such as "3 No, 4 Good," "5 Exemplary Citizens," "Nighttime Garbage Collection," "Morning Coffee - Exchange with People," and "Green Boarding House - Green Life." Mass mobilization has garnered strong support from various levels of society, including individuals, organizations, and different social classes, all working together for a green, clean, and beautiful Binh Duong. This initiative is carried out regularly every Saturday.

During the launch sessions of “Civilized Saturday,” every district, city, establishment, sector, unit, and individual participated simultaneously in various activities. These included tree planting, environmental cleanup, dredging and clearing canals and ditches, supporting livelihoods, and donating to charity and solidarity houses.
