Emulation movement of “Building up friendly schools, active pupils” under review

On October 4, provincial Department of Education and Training (DoET) reviewed the five-year implementation of the emulation movement “Building up friendly schools, active pupils” in the 2008 and 2013 period. 

Provincial People’s Committee Vice-Chairman Huynh Van Nhi awarding the certificates of merit to outstanding collection in the emulation movement.

Launched in 2008, the emulation movement was promoted among province-based schools with many contents of building green, clean and beautiful schools; training life skills for pupils; organizing folk games; learning and tending the local historical and cultural relics; organizing recreational activities…

After five-year implementation, the emulation movement of “Building up friendly schools, active pupils” contributed to raising the local pupils’ awareness of protecting and building up green, clean, beautiful and safe schools, classes. Their way of learning was also improved. Under the emulation movement, the local teachers made efforts in innovating their teaching ways while preserving their virtue and setting examples for pupils. The emulation movement also raised awareness and responsibility of the whole society to the local education activities.

On this occasion, provincial People’s Committee awarded the certificates of merit to 25 collectives, 27 individuals. Provincial DoET also awarded the certificates of merit to 17 collectives and 16 individuals for their excellent achievements in the emulation movement of “Building up friendly schools, active pupils”.
