Due to the overall impact of real estate market, manufacturers of building materials, mining businesses in the province have faced many difficulties. Instead of mining new quarries, 3-2 Investment Construction JSC asked to decrease the old quarry’s code by -120m and lower the growth target compared with 2015. However, this plan was not accepted by most strategic investors, because the capital construction market has no interests and is difficult to make payment.

According to company executives, although the construction market is in trouble, the company has to maintain its construction activities, because it concerns many senior skilled employees in the company. However, the real estate market is not really active, but building materials are still well consumed through well-branded products.
Mr. Le Hong Sanh, Deputy General Director of Saigon Alcohol and Beverage Company (Sabeco), said in 2016, many major corporations had appeared in Vietnam. This requires manufacturers to constantly improve the quality and utility of their products, perfect the supply chain, customer service to maintain its market share and enhance competitiveness. In addition, we must promote professionalization and strengths, collective wisdom in business and strategic planning.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Director of Eastern Sabeco, distributors are knowledgeable persons, who are able to understand market demands: Becoming shareholders not only bring major benefits to distributors, but also helps to consolidate the Party and State’s policies on "Vietnamese people give priority to Vietnamese goods ". The strength of equitization is to help enterprise’s operations to be professional, maximize the collective strength in order to improve business efficiency, heighten income of workers.
Mr. Le Hong Sanh, said that equitization in State-owned enterprises was the requirement of the international economic integration process. This requires us to have new thinking to operate a new kind of enterprise. It means understand clearly political tasks, market needs, and competitors to devise appropriate strategies based on cooperation spirit of for development. Besides following closely strategic objectives, leaders have to know how to arouse passion, innovative spirit, entrepreneurship of collectives, individuals at their organization.
According to Ph.D. Mai Huu Tin , Chairman of Binh Duong province Federation of Enterprises, to survive from market volatility and competitive market, enterprises need to be professional and promote collective strengths. This power must synchronize wills with actions to guarantee success.
