At provincial level, the functional agencies continue to manage the facilities and institutions of Center for Culture and Movies, Center for Sports, Museum, Center for Labor Youth Support, Historical remains of D war-base, Kien An Forest, and Library. Meantime, the 1,500-seat competition house covering 15.05ha is planned to be within Center for Sports training in New City of Binh Duong. The historical site of Ho Chi Minh Campaign commanding frontline shall be put into use by October 2013. Tunnels in Southwest of Ben Cat District shall be completed by 2014. Remain of Phu Loi Prison shall be innovated continually.As for district level, 6 out 7 districts, town, and Thu Dau Mot City have set up Centers for Culture, Information and Sports.
