In preparation for foreign language teaching at high schools by local budget, the province has so far sent 127 students to study at Thu Duc Technical Pedagogy University and HCMC Pedagogy University. The provincial education and training sector will continue sending employees to learn foreign languages of English, Japan, Korea and Chinese.  English teachers join in a training class. 

In addition, to enhance quality of English teaching, the sector in cooperation with the Eastern International University, Bolt Institute of Binh Duong University and Clever Learn English Center has held training classes for teachers of secondary and high schools.
